Description

We are proud to start our classes at The Fitness Equation in Ashburn/One Loudoun! We will be offering skill/ development classes that will focus on building footwork, fundamentals, and overall basketball development as well as putting it into action with our "Live Play" concept. Live Play is dedicated for players to play and engage in a structured environment where they can practice their skills in live action. Scenarios include, 3 on 3, 4 on 4 and 5 on 5. This program is designed for players to improve in a game like environment!
